The AMLI Apartments were one of the first buildings to strike the match for the second street revitalization in Downtown Austin. Amli actually has 2 apartments within 0.2 miles of each other. One is called the “AMLI Second Street Tower” and is located at 421 W. 3rd Street. The other is called “AMLI Downtown” and is located at 201 Lavaca St.

For the price/location the AMLI Downtown shows good value. The AMLI on second has air conditioned hallways which is more appealing than the AMLI downtown located a block away.
