Where are the 360 Condos in Downtown Austin?
The Austin 360 Condos are located at 360 Nueces Street, Austin, TX 78701. Located on the corner of Nueces and West 4th Street, these condos can easily be seen from almost anywhere in the city since the 360 is one of Austin’s tallest and not to mention one of the newest additions to the Austin skyline.
How much do the Austin 360 Condos cost?
The condos start in the mid 200′s and go on up above $500,000. Since the 360 Condo project was bid “pre-Katrina,” the price to build the finish out was much less than later condo developments. These set bid prices on materials
allowed the 360 to be sold competitively at the
downtown going price per sq foot at the time.
Originally the 360 Condos were sold out, however, with the mortgage meltdown many potential owners were unable to secure financing for their loan so a large number of units were once again available and back on the market for sale.
The rotating list above right is just a featured list of units available for sale so contact us for a catered current inventory list if interested in purchasing or leasing a unit(s).
What kind of shopping and restaurants are around the 360 Condos?
The Austin 360 Condos fall in such a convenient location for the urban lifestyle living. Whole Foods is just a few walking blocks away from Whole Foods, same as for Second Street District walking eastward. Being situated minutes away from the Town Lake Hike and Bike trails is an even better excuse to get out for running, walking and kayaking for that more active lifestyle
we so enjoy.

I just wanted to add a quick note.
Word on the street is that most of the new condos, especially the 360, have had a lot of development issues. The Austin 360 Condos have had reported problems with their elevators and a number of other small but frustrating items which may have weakened their reputation.
From what I have heard, the developers are working diligantly to resolve these issues and future owners should not be worried about poor quality. However, even with a new development it is always advised to hire a 3rd party licensed inspector to identify any potential issues prior to purchase. While this is an extra expense, it will help you avoid the headache of requesting the developer’s contractors to come fix problems when you are moved in. Also developers will work much quicker in resolving issues before you buy their property than they would after you buy.
With that being said, the Austin 360 Condos are still considered a great bang for the buck by most realtors if you like larger developments. This is because its construction costs were much lower than future or current developments.
Note: All of the condos in the 360 building are Resale. There are no more developer units available. Contact us if you are interested in viewing some units or have any questions about the downtown condo market.
