Definitions of Working Relationships
- This Information About Brokerage Services document describes the 3 different types of agency relationships between a Real Estate Agent and an individual leasing, buying or selling property. This is not a contract - signing just acknowledges receipt of the document.
Exclusive Right-to-Buy
- This is the contract between the real estate agent and the buyer. The Buyer's Representation contract explains the duties and responsibilities of each party and is notice that the buyer intends to use only one real estate agent for the term of the contract. This signed contract allows us to give you our personal and professional opinions. Without a buyer's representation, we are only allowed to give factual data.
Sample Offer to Purchase Contract
- This contract is between the seller and the buyer for the property listed on the contract. This specific 1-4 Family Residential Contract is for resale home transactions not new homes, custom homes, or condominium properties. This contract will specify the terms and responsibilities of both parties to the transaction and is initially filled out by the buyer(s) and real estate consultant prior to presenting offer to seller.
