Renting and leasing pretty much mean the same thing. A landlord leases out his investment property and a tenant (or tenants) pays rent monthly to the landlord or apartment community - pretty simple.

The forms below help you familiarize and get an idea of standard paperwork between landlords and tenants. After your Rental Lease Application is approved and accepted by the landlord, you and landlord will sign a lease agreement for the terms of the lease.
