Debbie Kerschen
As a lifelong, native Arlington resident, Debbie has seen first-hand the evolution of the Tarrant County Area. Her family has been invested in the community her entire life. She understands the value of civic responsibility and the correlation it has with the real estate market. Shas been a licensed agent for 24 years. She has seen changes in the industry while being a consistent, top producer. She is an alumni of St. Maria Goretti Catholic School, Nolan High School and North Texas State University. She earned a degree in Business with a minor in Real Estate. It is easy to see that she has a passion for Real Estate that goes beyond being a REALTOR®. She specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes.
Debbie grew up in a family of 10 children. Being a member of a family of 10 children with 36 nieces/nephews, teaches you the importance of communication, working with others and the ability to troubleshoot. You could say she understands managed chaos better than most! In fact, it is obvious that family is one of her core values. She has been married to her husband, Tim, for 37 years. They have gone on to have 4 boys, 4 amazing daughters in law and 8 grandchildren varying from 3 months to 7 years! As you can see, the family is everything. Moving families is personal to her.

In order to further differentiate herself from other agents, she earned the Accredit Luxury Home Specialist Designation.
During her spare time, Debbie can be found playing tennis, pickle ball, reading and travelling. She enjoys spending time with her parents, children and grandchildren. Organizations that Debbie has worked closely with are The Mansfield Chamber of Commerce, Catholic Charities and supporting local school events.
