There must be a personal touch when leading your team. Your team consist of the agent, the client, the vendors and the marketing partners. In order to lead effectively, you must be willing to really listen to team members, use that information to create and execute a strategic plan, adapt if needed (sometimes you have to call an audible) and follow up with team members to ensure you are on track.
