Deb Kerschen spent a lot of time with 2 picky people who started running out of time. She was wonderfully patient and if we ever have a need for another agent or have anyone ask us, her name will be the 1st one we mention. I would like to add that this is our 4th home and  the 1st time we've been totally happy with our agent. High marks for Deb!
